The Story of BiBO
[latin. v. drink, toast, thirst for, frequent, to quaff ]
A tiny bohemian winebar located next to Culina Restaurant in the charming neighbourhood of Millcreek. Bibo seats only 10 people inside and 6 on the patio and has a maximum capacity of twenty so its an excellent venue to rent for an intimate private party.
The wine list consists of approximately fifteen different reds and thirteen different whites that are constantly rotated on a weekly basis. You will also find sparkling wine, champagne, port, dessert wines and single malt scotch. BiBO features simple tapas, cheeses, and handmade charcuterie from Oyama Meat Co. on Granville Island.
The tiny space - the smallest winebar in Canada - is an intimate, unique room designed by designer Geoffrey Lilge; described by the National Post as “Wonderfully quirky”. Eclectic music is always playing with the room glowing in candlelight.
Chat with the affable winebar manager, Dianna Funnell, as she will surely gladden your heart and indulge your palate. BiBO is the perfect friendly neighbourhood winebar to raise your glass purely for the sake of enjoyment.
BiBO!
